Ryan Harpole, MD

Ryan Harpole, M.D. is a comprehensive ophthalmologist excited to serve his hometown of West KY at Innovative Ophthalmology. Born and raised in Clinton, KY, Harpole graduated from Hickman County High School’s class of 2014. An avid outdoorsman, if he’s not in the office he is likely hunting, fishing, or spending time with his wife and three children.

Dr. Harpole earned his Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural and medical biotechnology at the University of Kentucky. He went on to earn Top 10 honors in the University of Kentucky College of Medicine class of 2022, along with being accepted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society. Following medical school Harpole was thankful to stay in the bluegrass to complete his 4-year ophthalmology residency at the University of Kentucky.

Dr. Harpole serves the greater Paducah area, providing comprehensive medical and surgical eye care including cataract and refractive surgery, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, diabetic retinal screening, and the treatment of other various ocular conditions.
